General Manager (Operations)  Degree in Electrical/ Mech/ Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science Post qualification experience of 20 Years in maintenance / project / operation in Railway / Modern Metro System. Out of this, should have a minimum of 5 years experience and knowledge in handling Metro Rail Operation or EMU or Rail operations.
General Manager (Signaling & Telecom) Degree in Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science/ Telecommunication Post qualification experience of 20 Years in Railways. Should have experience of at least 5 years in maintenance of Signalling/ Telecommunication Assets of Railways / Metro Railway. Should have experience in issuing safety certificate of signalling works for at least 10 interlocking systems in case of Railways or one system in respect of Metro Railway.
Dy. General Manager (P Way)/ CSW Degree in Civil Engineering Post qualification experience of 15 Years in the “Permanent Way / Maintenance / Construction” in the Railways / Metro / Railway PSU.
Dy. General Manager (Traction) Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering Post qualification experience of minimum 15 years. Out of this, minimum of 5 years experience in Electrification /traction distribution & power supply in Railways/ Suburban Metro system.
Dy. General Manager (F&A) Graduation, Member of the Institute of CA/ ICWA/ ICSI At least 15 years post qualification experience in Finance and Accounts/ Costing which should include at least 5 years at the level of Manager or equivalent. Should be proficient in computer usage.
Dy. General Manager (HR) Post Graduate degree with Diploma in HR or MBA (HR) Overall experience of 15 years in Government Department / State / Central PSU out of which at least 8 years experience should be in handling HR / Administration.
Manager (Operations/ OCC) PG with Diploma in HR or MBA (HR) Post qualification experience of minimum 10 years, out of which not less than 3 years’ experience in Train Operation in any of the Electrified Division of Indian Railways OR Suburban Railway System / Metro Railways.
Manager (PWay) Degree in Civil Engineering Asst. Post qualification experience of a minimum of 10 years. Out of this, minimum of 3 years experience in Permanent way/track Construction & maintenance” in Railways / Metro Railway/ Railway PSU.
Manager (F&A)  M.Com or MBA (Finance) or Any degree with CA/ CS/ ICWA inter Post qualification experience of the minimum of 5 years in Finance / Accounts / Audit in Government / PSU. Candidate should be proficient in computer usage. In case of candidates having CA/ CS/ ICWA inter, minimum 2 years post qualification experience in finance / Accounts / Audit.
 Asst. Manager (HR) Graduation with Diploma in Personnel Management Post qualification experience of a minimum of 5 years in large company viz. Railway / PSU/ Metro / Government State/ Central and have handled recruitment, training, IR activities etc
Manager (IT) B.E in CS/ Electronics & Telecommunication Post qualification experience of minimum 10 years in Government / reputed IT Company. Out of this, at least 5 years’ experience in maintenance and operation of IT systems. Experience of managing Data Centre, Database Management System, LAN and EPABX, Domain knowledge of .Net Technologies with backend SQL Server / Oracle, Networking and Client Server Technologies is desirable.
Asst. Manager (IT) B.E in CS/ Electronics & Telecommunication Post qualification experience of minimum 7 years, out of which at least 3 years in maintenance and operation of IT. Experience of managing Data Centre, Database Management System, LAN and EPABX will be an added advantage. Working experience in JAVA, .NET, VB, Web Designing and ERP will be added advantage. HTML Database Management, SQL, PSQL, Software Testing, etc.
Section Engineers (Networking) B.E in CS or IT/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ B.Sc (IT)/ MCA  Post qualification experience of minimum 3 years for Degree holders in maintenance and operation of IT network.
Junior Engineer (IT) Diploma in CS/ Telecommunication/ Electronics/ BCA Post qualification experience of minimum 3 years for degree holders and 5 years for diploma holders in software development. Working experience in JAVA, .NET, VB, Web Designing, ERP and MAXIMO will be added advantage. HTML Database Management, SQL, PSQL, Software, Testing, etc.
