Office of the Collector & District Magistrate announced a notification on May 10, 2018, for the posts of Teaching and Non Teaching in Nabarangpur. Total 123 posts are declared by the Office. And all these posts are declared on a contractual Basis. The last date to apply for the posts is May 30, 2018.
कलेक्टर और जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के कार्यालय ने नाबरांगपुर में शिक्षण और गैर शिक्षण के पदों के लिए 10 मई, 2018 को एक अधिसूचना की घोषणा की। कार्यालय द्वारा कुल 123 पद घोषित किए जाते हैं। और इन सभी पदों को संविदात्मक आधार पर घोषित किया गया है। पदों के लिए आवेदन करने की आखिरी तारीख 30 मई, 2018 है।

The selection process for Teaching posts:- Candidates are shortlisted according to the Application received. Those candidates who qualify higher percentage and fulfill all the criteria will be selected by the Selection committee if more than one candidate have same marks than preference will be given to the Higher age of the Candidate. There is no extra weight is decided on the Extra Education qualification Degree.
The selection process for Junior Clerk Post:- Candidates has to pass a written test accomplished with the 2 paper process.
Paper-I Language Test (English and Odisha)=100 Marks and Objective General Test=100 Marks
Paper-II Objective Mathmatics=100 Marks and Basic Computer Skills=100 Marks
Candidates those who qualify the Paper-I will be able to attempt the Paper-II. And those who qualify in both the exams are selected by the Selection Team.
The selection process for Peon:- Candidates have to appear in the Written test exam
Paper-I Odia Language=50 Marks and General Knowledge=50 Marks
Candidates those who qualify the exam will be selected by the Selection Committee.

1. Self Attested xerox copy of Academic Qualifications.
2. Self Attested xerox copy of HSC, Intermediate, and Graduation Certificate mark sheets along with The computer Certificate(For Junior Clerk Only).
3. Self Attested xerox copy of M.E passed Certificate with Marksheets(For Peon Only)/
4. Self Attested xerox copy of Caste Certificate issued by Tehsildar.
5. Self Attested xerox copy of Resident Certificate issued by Tehsildar.
6. Self Attested xerox copy of valid Employment Registration Card.
7. Self Attested recent passport size photograph affixed on the Application Form.
8. And a Bank Draft of Rs.200/- Payable at SBI, Nabrangur in favor of District Welfare Office, Nabarngpur.
