Selection Process

The Selection process is categorized under the three-stage process i.e Screening Test; Evaluation of the academic records followed by personal interaction/ interview.

Screening Test:- The Test consist of 150 nos. of Multiple Choice Questions to be answered in 150 minutes. The test comprises of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) on Reasoning, Basic Mathematics, English, Aptitude, Attitude, and Leadership Quality. Candidates are qualified from the Test and after that, they will be Called for next step:-

Evaluation of the academic records:- The applications received would be evaluated by the Evaluation Committee and marks would be awarded for academic qualifications, GATE score, experience, number of Papers published and Conferences attended etc. The details are:-

Interview:- Interviews shall be conducted only in Delhi. A merit list of shortlisted candidates would be drawn based on the marks obtained out of 120 marks (excluding 30 marks for interview) and candidates in the ratio of 1:3 would be called for personal interaction/ interview. And the Final Merit List would be prepared based on the marks obtained out of a maximum of 150 marks i.e marks obtained in the Evaluation process (max 120 marks) and in the interview (max 30 marks) would be added to arrive at the final score

Application Fee- Rs. 400/- per application for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates and Rs.800 for per application of General and all others Candidates.

2) Then, Candidates need to fill in all the details. Candidates are required to have valid e-mail identification and active mobile number.

3) Enter their all type of Details like personal and educational Details.

4) Candidates should also upload the following documents (in PDF format) along with the online application:

a) Date of Birth Certificate (issued by Municipality, etc. or Matriculation/High School/SSC Certificate) (Max Size 250 KB)

b) Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable. (Max Size 250 KB)

c) The degree of essential Qualification. (Max Size 250 KB)

d) Marks sheet of Essential qualification, which makes him/her eligible for applying for the post (Max. Size 500 KB)

e) Certificates of highest educational qualification if any. (Max. Size 250 KB)
