Educational Qualification

The educational Details for the MTNL Recruitment 2018 are as follows:-

For the posts of Assistant Manager(Human Resource):-  The Candidate Must Have Passed 2 Years MBA/ MSW/MA Having Full Time Post Graduate Diploma With Specialisation in Human Resource/ Personnel.

For the posts of Assistant Manager(Sales & Marketing):- The Candidate Must Have Passed 2 Years MBA/ Having Post Graduation Diploma With Specialisation in Marketing.

For the posts of Assistant Manager(Finance)/JAO:- Candidate Must Have Passed CA/ICWA.
Candidate Having Commerce Graduate With Intermediate Pass in CA With 5 Years Experience.

Selection Process

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Online Test and after that Documents Verification Process.

1)Online Test:- The test will be consist of Two papers (i) General Aptitude and (ii) Specialization in HR/Finance/Marketing and the exam criteria are as:-

2) Documents Verification:- After shortlisted from the Online test the Candidates will be called for the Documents verification process and they have to present the following documents:-

  • Original Registration Slip generated at the time of Online application.
  • Online Original Examination Scorecard.
  • Proof of Date of Birth.
  • Caste Certificate.

Application fee:- Rs.1000/- for General/OBC Candidates and Rs.500/- for SC/ST/PWD Candidates. The fee can be paid through the Online Mode through the Debit Card/Credit Card/ Net Banking etc.
