Selection Process

Selection will be done on the basis of Written test followed by the Interview.

The selection process and weightage of different stage/level of selection will be as follows.

For all positions with state reservation roster

For all positions for which district reservation roster is applicable

Stage/Level 1 – Written Test (subjective/Objective) with 60% weightage

Stage/Level 2 – Group Discussion/Psychometric Test with 20% weightage.

Stage/Level 3 – Personal Interview with 20% weightage

- For COO/SPM/PM/Level 4 positions, instead of group discussion/psychometric test, the presentation on the related topic may be taken.

Stage/Level 1 – Written Test with 60% weightage.

Stage/Level 2 – Village Immersion/Technical Test with 40% weightage.

For CC position, weightage of written test will be 85% and for minimum required education, it will be 15%. Initially, candidates will be hired provisionally for 3 months. After this, they will be assessed on the basis of their knowledge about work & area, local conditions, culture, and capacity to stay in the village. After the successful assessment, the final contract will be extended.
