Selection will be done on the following basis -
Mode of consideration: The eligible applicants will be called in order of marks obtained in Std X (for Freshers) and in order of marks obtained in Std X and ITI (for Ex-ITI candidates) giving equal weightage.
Consideration when marks are equal: In case of two candidates having the same marks, the candidate having older age shall be preferred. In case the dates of birth are also the same, then the candidate who passed Std.X exam earlier shall be considered first.
Allotment of Trade: Fresher candidates will have the option to select the trade from the available vacancies at the time of registration of contracts. In respect of Ex-ITI quota, they will be trained in the trade in which they are in possession of ITI certificate.
Standard of Physical Fitness: The candidate should be physically fit as per the conditions applicable. Selected candidates should produce a Medical Certificate in the prescribed form, before admission for training as Apprentices.
Higher Qualification: Candidates with higher qualifications viz. Engineering Degree / Diploma are not eligible to apply.
Transfer Certificate: Original Transfer Certificate for completion of qualifying examination (Std. XII/ X/ IT!) must be produced during verification of certificates.
Commencement of Training: The apprenticeship training will commence on the 1st of October 2018. (1st of April 2019 for the second batch of medical apprentices).

2) Candidates need to process the payment of application fees.
