Total 27 posts are declared on by the High Court. Details of the posts are advertised in Advertisement No.369/Exam/Eng.Steno./2018. The Last date to apply online for the posts is June 11, 2018, and the last date for the Correction, if any made in registration form is June 14, 2018.

The Jabalpur High Court (जबलपुर उच्च न्यायालय) is a high court having jurisdiction over the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh since 1956. It was established on 1 November 1956. The seat of the court is at Jabalpur. The bench consists of approved Strength of Permanent Judges as 32and current Working Strength of Permanent Judges is 27. The bench also consists of Approved Strength of Additional Judges as 11 and current Working Strength of Additional Judges is 12.

Educational Qualification

Interested Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any Subject from any recognized University and also must have passed English Shorthand Examination from any recognized Board of Shorthand and typewriting at the speed of 80 words per minute and with a fine Knowledge of Hindi and English, Candidates must also have a certification in Computer Applications.

Selection Process

A Selection process for the Candidates is depended upon the Written Test and Interview:-

If a large number of Candidates can apply for the posts than a Preliminary Exam will be conducted by the High Court at the different Colleges in Jabalpur under the Control and Guidance of Principal Registrar. Dates for the Preliminary Exam and Mains Examination will be directed by posting on their Website.

Exam 1:- Preliminary  Exam:- There is an objective type of Multiple questions in the Exam contains 100 multiple choice questions and to solved within a time period of 2 hours.

Candidates those who secured more than 50% marks will be selected from the Preliminary Exam and shall be forwarded to the Next Main exam.

Exam 2:- Main Exam:-  There is an objective type of Multiple questions in the Main Exam contains 100 multiple choice questions of 100 marks.

Sheet for Dictation will be given to the Candidates. And typing test will be conducted on Computer only. Selected list of the Candidates will be Displayed on the Official Website. In this list, all the details of the Merit Holders and other Qualifying Candidates will be displayed. The Candidates shortlisted for the Interview process are intimated by the List and in the list, it is also declared that the Interview date and time for final Selection.

2. Select your Desired post u want to apply. ex:- Select English Stenographer posts

3. Enter Your personal details and academic details.

4. Click on the Pay Examination fee:- Rs. 200/- for unreserved Candidates, Click on the Pay fee option and fee can be paid through the Debit Card/ Credit Card. Among the Examination fee, there is also a charge of Rs.100 for the Portal Charges.

5. Click on submit button and please take a print out of the complete Registration form.
