High Court of Madhya Pradesh announced a notification on May 13, 2018, for the posts of Law Clerk cum Research Assistants in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Total 15 posts are declared on by the High Court. Details of the posts are advertised in Advertisement No.375/Exam/Law-Clerk/2018.The Last date to apply online for the posts is June 13, 2018, and the last date for the Correction, if any made in registration form is June 16, 2018.
मध्यप्रदेश के उच्च न्यायालय ने 13 मई, 2018 को मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में लॉ क्लर्क सह शोध सहायक पदों के पदों के लिए अधिसूचना की घोषणा की। उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा कुल 15 पद घोषित किए गए हैं। पदों का विवरण विज्ञापन संख्या 375 / परीक्षा / कानून-क्लर्क / 2018 में विज्ञापित किया गया है। पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 13 जून, 2018 है, और पंजीकरण के लिए अंतिम तिथि, यदि पंजीकरण फॉर्म में कोई भी किया गया है 16 जून, 2018।
The Jabalpur High Court (जबलपुर उच्च न्यायालय) is a high court having jurisdiction over the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh since 1956. It was established on 1 November 1956. The seat of the court is at Jabalpur. The bench consists of approved Strength of Permanent Judges as 32and current Working Strength of Permanent Judges is 27. The bench also consists of Approved Strength of Additional Judges as 11 and current Working Strength of Additional Judges is 12.

Interested Candidates must possess a graduate degree in Law from any recognized University/School/Board/Institute by Bar Council. Candidates appear in the fifth semester of the final year of the degree of Law is also be able to try for the post. Candidates must also have a certification in Computer MS-Office, Open office, Ubuntu including retrieval of desired information from the various search engines.
A Selection process for the Candidates is depended upon the Written Test and Interview. Exam centers will be Jabalpur, Indore, and Gwalior. Dates for the Examination and Interview will be directed by posting on their Website.
Paper-I:- There is an Online Examination which shall contain 150 multiple objective questions within a period of two hours. There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 marks. The paper-I contains questions relating to general science & General Aptitude/ Awareness of having 50 marks.
Paper-II:- Paper-II contains questions relating to Indian Constitution, Indian penal code, Criminal Procedure Code, Civil Procedure Code and Indian Evidence Act etc. having 100 marks.
Candidates those who qualify in the Exam will be shortlisted. And The Candidates shortlisted for the Interview process are intimated by the List and in the list, it is also declared that the Interview date and time for final Selection.
How to apply
All Eligible and Interested candidates are advised to submit their form through official website http://www.mphc.gov.in before or on 13-06-2018.
1. Click on Citizen Services icon and then a drop-down list is opened there u have to select Law Clerk cum Research Assistants and the Apply Online Link.
2. Select your Desired post u want to apply.
3. Enter Your personal details and academic details.
4. After completing form Candidate have to upload the Passport size photograph and signature to the form in the given size and format.
5. Click on the Pay Examination fee:- Rs. 600/- for unreserved Candidates, Click on the Pay fee option and fee can be paid through the Debit Card/ Credit Card. Among the Examination fee, there is also a charge of Rs.100 for the Portal Charges.
6. Click on submit button and please take a print out of the complete Registration form.
