Educational Qualification

Name of the Post Qualification Experience
Consultant (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation) PG Degree/Diploma in Management/ Computer application/Computer science/ or B.E/B.Tech in IT/Computer Engineering or PG in science with formal Training in Computer science with at least 55% marks. At least 3 years of experience in IT/ICT system implementation and analysis. Candidates also should have project management experience. Extensive Experience in Development and implementation of web-based applications and mobile applications. Knowledge and proficiency in M&E Methods.
Consultant (Health and Nutrition) PG Degree/Diploma in Nutrition/ Public Health/ Social Science/ Rural Development community medicine with at least 55% marks. At least 3 years of experience in planning,  implementation and monitoring of child and Women nutrition development programme. For Applicants having PhD, 3 years of the doctoral line will be counted as 3 years of experience. Expertise in MS-Office including MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Consultant (Capacity Building and BCC) PG Degree in Social Science/Mass Communication/ Health Communication/Rural Development that includes courses on training/capacity building management in nutrition public health with at least 55% marks. At least 3 years of experience in planning,  implementing behaviour change communication and capacity building interventions in public health and nutrition programmes. Professional experience in planning,  implementation and monitoring of training programmes at state and district level.
Accountant PG degree in Commerce/Accounting/CA/ ICWA with at least 55% marks. At least 3 years of experience in accounting with exposure in budgeting and account out of which 1 year should be in government PSU. Expertise in MS-Office including MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint. OR Government Employees retired as an accountant with at least 5 years experience/ Accounts Officer/Audit Officer with at least 3 years experience.
Project Associate Graduate in Computer science or IT. At Least two years of work experience in relevant field. Formal Training in IT/ mobile applications. Experience in working with technology and software application support. Previous Experience in working with front-line workers of govt department and Training in IT/Mobiles/Computer.
Secretarial Assistant 12th/Diploma or equivalent from recognized board. Experience in Computer operations and general admin/ clerical works of at least 2 years. Preference will be given to the person having good command at English, Hindi and regional language.
Peon Candidates should have the 10th pass. -

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted after Scrutiny of Applications and Merit List will be prepared. After that shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview.
