About the Central University of Tamilnadu - Central University of Tamil Nadu abbreviated CUTN was established by an Act of Parliament by Kapil Sibal. Prof. B.P.Sanjay, Former Director of Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), and Professor in the Department of Mass Communication, University of Hyderabad was appointed as the first Vice-Chancellor of the University. Presently CUTN is functioning in its permanent campus. 2) Application Form shall be filled-in by the applicant (either neat handwritten or typed) and send to the University duly following the instruction given below:
(a) Affix full signature on the Application.
