cghs_logoAbout CGHS - The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) was started under the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare with the objective of providing comprehensive medical care facilities to Central Government employees, pensioners and their dependents residing in CGHS covered cities. This health scheme is now in operation with cities such as Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Chandigarh and Bangalore. Pharmacist (Allopathy) General Central Services Group-C Non-Ministerial Non-Gazetted 12th Class or equivalent pass with science subjects(Physics, Chemistry and Biology) from a recognized Board or University + Diploma in Pharmacy + Two years experience as Pharmacist or Pharmacy after duly registered as Pharmacist Or Bachelor Degree In Pharmacy(B.Pharm.)+ duly registered as Pharmacist.
Pharmacist (Ayurveda) General Central Services Group-C Non-Ministerial Non-Gazetted 12th Class or equivalent pass with science subjects(Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and Degree or Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy Course, duration of which should not be less than 2 years and two years experience in the field of ayurvedic dispensary or hospital or pharmacy or wellness centre.
Pharmacist-cum-clerk (Homeopathy) General Central Services Group-C Non-Ministerial Non-Gazetted 12th Class or equivalent pass with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) from a recognized Board or University + Diploma or certificate course in Homeopathic Pharmacy of at least one-year duration from a recognized institution. Basic knowledge of computer is desirable.
Pharmacist-cum-clerk (Unani) General Central Services Group-C Non-Ministerial Non-Gazetted 12th Class or equivalent pass with science subjects(Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology) or equivalent from recognized Board or University or an equivalent oriental qualification in Urdu or Arabic or Persian and Diploma or Degree in Unani Pharmacy from a recognized Board or University or institute with Two years of experience as Unani Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts shall be based on the merit in the computer-based examination. The candidates will be selected as per their rank in the merit list.

How to apply

Application Fees - For Gen/OBC application fees is Rs 500/- and For SC/ST/PWD/Female, There is no Application fee. Application Fee is not refundable.

Modes Of Payment: a) Online Mode: Application Fees can be paid through Online mode - Debit card, Credit Card, Netbanking, Wallets or UPI

In case of corrections, Rs.100/- per correction will be charged. However, changes are not allowed for Name, Fee and age relaxation.

How to Apply - 1) Candidates need to fill the OTPR application carefully to obtain OTPR ID.

2) The Applicant has to Login to the CGHS, Hyderabad’s recruitment website with the User Name (OTPR ID) and the Password set by Candidate. After Login, the Applicant has to click on the “Online Application Submission” present in the bottom right corner of the CGHS, Hyderabad’s recruitment website.

3) Candidates need to proceed to payment section, After completion of Payment successfully, payment reference id will be generated.

4) Candidates need to fill all the details and submit the application.

The Examination will be held at Hyderabad.
