Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager (SSG) i) B.E./ B.Tech.degree in Electronics & CommunicationEngineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute/ University with good academic record.
ii) He/she should have 16years post qualification work experience in relevant discipline.
The candidate will be responsible for the development of CEL's Security and Surveillance business including Marketing & Execution.
Chief Manager( QA-C) B.E/B.Tech degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute / University. He/she should have a minimum 14 Years post qualification experience in Quality Control. The candidate shall head the quality assurance team, covering all aspects of quality, including materials in process inspection as well as project quality assurance, & related certifications
Senior Technical Manager (Production) Manufacturing B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics/ Production Engg/ Mechanical degree from a recognised Institute/ University with the good academic record. MBA Degree in production management is desirable. He/she should have 12 years post qualification work experience in relevant discipline. The candidate will be responsible for Operation of Automated Production Line, including implementation of modern production methods and processes, Quality Control, Planning etc.
Project Manager (Project Execution/O&M) B.E./ B.Tech.degree with minimum 55% marks inMechanical/ Electrical Engineering. He should have minimum 09 years of post qualification experience in implementing projects, out of which minimum of 06 years experience in project execution and management. The candidate shall function as techno-commercial project Manager for Solar PV/ Renewable energy projects and will be responsible for planning, Implementing, tracking, controlling, execution Operation & Maintenance and evaluating multiple projects with specified deliverables. Day to day handling of EPC contractors and the sub-contractors, maintaining the relationship with the clients/ project stakeholders. Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the successful timely completion of the projects as per the KRAs/ Target agreed.
Technical Manager (R&D) B.E/ B.Tech.degree in Electronics/ Electronics &Communication/ Electronics &Telecommunication Engg. with minimum 55%marks from a recognised Institute /University. He/ She should have minimum 09years of post qualification experience in relevant discipline. The candidate shall be responsible for design, development and up gradation of electronic products and also new product development, for Railway signalling and Telecom.
Manager - Material Management B.E./ B.Tech.degree with minimum 55% marks.

The candidate shall be responsible for Preparation of tenders, the award of the contract, supervisions of works related to Industrial Buildings, Sheds, Roads, Overhead Water Tanks, Pipelines and other civil structures required in an Industrial establishment.
Assistant Manager (Accounts) Graduate in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA with 06 years post qualification experience in preparation and finalisation of profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors, internal auditors, CAG and other Govt. agencies. The candidate shall be responsible for preparation of MIS, periodical profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies.
Accounts Officer graduate in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA with 02 years post qualification experience in preparation of MIS, periodical profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies. Working experience in ERP System is essential. The candidate shall be responsible for preparation of MIS, periodical profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies.
Security Officer Graduate in any discipline. The candidate will be responsible to coordinate the security team's activities, including scheduling of shifts and training of the security personnel. He has to ensure that all the daily security operations run smoothly and effectively and ensure effective control and maintenance of security & fire equipment.
Deputy Engineer (R&D) B.E/ B.Tech.degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. with minimum 55%marks from a recognised Institute /University. Sr. Manager – New Product Development(Contract Basis) B.E./ B.Tech.Degree in Electrical/ Electronics and communication/ Mechanical Engineering. He/ She should have minimum 12 years of ``post qualification experience in relevant discipline. The candidate shall be in-charge for New Product Development in the area of Solar/ Renewable Energy and will be responsible for Leading the organisation in research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign. Originate new products is concerned with customer needs and business model. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects. Plan and formulate aspects of research and development proposals.
Manager (Defence Marketing) (Contract basis) B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ MechanicalEngineering with minimum 55% marks.He/she should have minimum 09 years of post qualification experience in Indian Defence Forces.

The candidate shall be responsible for:

1) Exploring new business opportunities in terms if segments and products for CEL.

2) Liaison with Indian Armed Forces, Para Military Forces for promulgating the products of CEL.

3) Identifying the Qualitative requirements/ specifications from customers, articulating the customer projects and requirements.

4) Gather inputs on Industry trends, customer existing and future needs and disseminate information to the relevant channels within CEL.

Marketing Manager (Contract basis) B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation/ PV Technology Engineering with minimum 55% marks and 02 years full-time MBA in Marketing from a recognised Institute / University. The candidate shall be responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase market share of CEL and bring orders related for all types of solar Power Projects, create and develop all activities related to marketing, ability to understand the techno-commercial aspects related to Solar Marketing.
Assistant Technical Manager (P) Manufacturing/ Maintenance) (Contract basis) B.E./ B.Tech.Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ MechanicalEngineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university. He/ she should have 06years post qualification experience out of which04 years experience in Production. The candidate shall be responsible for production and Maintenance activities of Solar Photovoltaic modules and development of solar power solutions etc.
Officer - Material Management (Contract basis) B.E./ B.Tech.degree with minimum 55% marks.
OR
Graduate with 55% Marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP, preferably in Supply ChainManagement/ Materials Management from a recognised Institute / University. The candidate should have 02 Years of relevant post qualification experience.

Officer (HR) (on contract) Graduate with minimum 55% marks along with MBA/PGP/PGDM in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification. He/she should have minimum 02 years of post qualification experience in HR/IR functions. The candidate shall be required to handle Performance Management System, Manpower Planning, Career/Succession planning, Employee Retention, Transfer and Establishment matters.
Marketing Officer (on contract) Engineering graduate with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidate shall be responsible for identifying business opportunity prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales option, Developing relationship with prospects, maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, closure of orders in a time bound manner as per the KRAs/ Target agreed.

 

Selection Process

Selection will be done on the basis of Interview Performance. 

Outstation candidates called for interview for regular posts, will be paid to and fro Railway Fare by the shortest route subject to production of Railway Receipt or Ticket Numbers on their Eligibility (Grade – E2 to E7 – IIIrd AC). No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview for contractual posts.
