CBSE Central Board of Secondary Education class 12th results declared

CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION(CBSE) class 12th results are declared on the official website i.e. The Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE 12th Result 2018 is released on May 26, 2018. The results are declared by CBSE Officials at 12:30 pm.

The Central Board of Secondary Education successfully conducted CBSE 12th Examination 2018 in the month of March-April for the academic year 2017-18.

Reportedly, This year, nearly 28 lakh students had registered to appear for the Central Board of School Education Class 10 and Class 12 examinations. More than 16,38,420 students registered for Class 10 exam that was held at 4,453 centres all over India and 78 centres abroad. For Class 12, 11,86,306 candidates had registered and the exams were held at 4,138 centres in India and 71 centres outside the country.

The pass percentage is increased by one percent to 83.01. Last year it was 82.02.  This year, 11.06 lakh students appeared, out of which, 91, 8763 have passed the examination. 

Step by Step School Noida - Meghna Srivastava tops, scored 99.8%, Ghaziabad's Anoushka Chandra Holds 2nd Position and Chahat Bodhraj of Jaipur holds third position.

The highest percentage was recorded in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram, followed by Tamil Nadu’s Chennai and national capital of Delhi. While Thiruvananthapuram pass percentage was 97.32%, Chennai's and Delhi's percentages were 93.87% and 89% respectively.

In 2017, nearly 11 lakh candidates - 6,38,865 boys and 4,60,026 girls registered for the Central Board of School Education Class 12 exam against 10.67 lakh in the year 2016. The number of centres and schools registered for the Class 12 exam were 3,502 and 10,678 respectively. Last year, the topper was Raksha Gopal from Amity International School in Noida. The Central Board of School Education topper scored 99.6 percent, while the second topper Bhumi Sawant of Chandigarh scored 99.4 percent.

1) How to check your Central Board of School Education Class 12th exam results:

1. Go to the official website - or

2. Click on the 'Class 12 Exam Results'.

3. Enter your Class 12th roll number and other required details.

4. Submit the details and download your Central Board of School Education Class 12th 2018 exam results.

2) Students can check Get Central Board Class 12th Results 2018 via SMS.

3) Mobile Application - 

The 12th result can also be checked on the mobile app developed by the Central Board of Education which could be downloaded from Google Play Store. Once downloaded, candidates can check their marks.

2) छात्र एसएमएस के माध्यम से केंद्रीय बोर्ड कक्षा 12 वीं परिणाम 2018 प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

3) मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन - सेंट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ एजुकेशन द्वारा विकसित मोबाइल ऐप पर 12वीं  परिणाम की भी जांच की जा सकती है जिसे Google Play Store से डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है। एक बार डाउनलोड हो जाने पर, उम्मीदवार अपने अंक देख सकते हैं।
