This position of Area Sales Manager is a field job and is responsible for driving business through a team of Sales Executive and Team Leaders. Being a people leader position, the candidate is also responsible for staffing of the team.
2. Team Leader Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. A candidate has a Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales of Retail Financial products out of which minimum 2 years experience as a Team Lead.

Max - 40 Yrs

The responsibility of a Team Leader is to give coaching and development of the Sales Team, ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to, and manage the end to end sales cycle.
3. Sales Executives Graduate from Government recognized University/Engineering diploma holders. A Candidate has a Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Sales of Retail Financial products.

This position is responsible for approaching prospective customers of the company or its parent and sell Financial products.
4. Sales Executives – Under Graduates Candidates who have passed an at least First year of Degree college but have not yet completed their Graduation A Candidate has a Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience Sales of Retail Financial products.

The position of the job has a responsibility is to target driven field job and the staff will ensure appropriate sales processes.
5. Sales Executives – Freshers Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. A Candidate should have an experience of doing a sales job.

The job responsibility of a fresher is to take care of highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to and manage the end to end sales cycle.
6. Manager /Asst. Manager-Processing Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. A Candidate has a Minimum 8 years of experience in Working in the HR Operations Department.

The responsibility of Manager is to manage the work of the Human Resources ( HR ) Department that will be set-up for the Sales division.

Selection Process

Selection among the candidate will be based on shortlisting and/or combination of:-

1. Written Aptitude Test

2. One or more rounds of Personal Interview

3.Group Discussion.

The Company reserves its right to call for the GD/ PI, candidates in a ratio, at its sole discretion. Candidate, as decided by the company, will be shortlisted based on their qualification, experience and overall process from Interview. The qualifying marks in test/Interview will be as decided by the Interview Panel. A candidate should qualify for all the processes of selection, i.e. test and/or GD and/or PI and sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent allotment process.
