Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced a job notification for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) & Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT). Total vacancies are 667 and the last date to apply is 19-07-2018. About APPSC - The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is the state agency authorized by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various Civil Services of Arunachal Pradesh and to advise the government on civil service matters. Selection will be done on the basis of written competitive examination followed by the Interview.
Candidates who are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the written competitive examination will have to produce original certificates or mark-sheets of passing their degree examination issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice-chancellor of the concerned university on or before the date of Interview/viva-voce.
Written Test - Written Examination will be of 400 marks and Interview will be of 50 marks and the Questions are form the following subjects -
(i) General English = 100 marks
(ii) General Knowledge = 100 marks
(iii) Concerned subject:-
a) Paper-I (Objective Type and shall cover entire syllabus of the concerned subject) = 100 marks
b) Paper-II (Descriptive Type and shall cover entire syllabus of the concerned subject). = 100 marks
(v) Viva-Voce Test - 50 marks
The candidates who secure a minimum of 33% or more marks in each written examination paper and 45% or more marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for the viva-voce test.

Modes of Payment - Online Mode - Application Fees can be paid through Online mode - Debit card, Credit Card, Netbanking, Wallets or UPI.
How to Apply -1) Candidates need to visit the official website of APPSC -
2) Candidates need to register and upload scanned Image and signature.
3) Candidates also need to upload following scanned documents -
i) Degree Certificates and Marksheets issued by the Assistant Registrar,&.egistrar/Controller of examination/Vice-Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain educational qualification Certificate.
ii) B.Ed Certificate.
iii) Matriculation Certificate for Proof of Age issued by the Boardfuniversity only will be accepted.
iv) APST Certificate for Arunachal Pradesh Schedule Tribe candidates and PRC, Voter ID, Aadhar Card for others.
v) Passport size photographs.
vi) Copy of meritorious Sports certificate for Meritorious Sports persons.
vii) Copy of Medical Board Certificate for PWD candidates.
viii) Candidates already in service may apply directly to this Commission with intimation to his /her Head of Department.
ix) QUALIFIED candidates will have to produce the above-mentioned Certificates/Documents and Marksheets in ORIGINAL at the time of interview/viva voce.
4) The online applications shall be accepted up to 19.07.2018 till 4 PM after which the link will be disabled.
