Arunachal Pradesh Police or APP has announced notification for the post of Lady Sub-Inspector, Sub-Inspector, Constable, Lady Constable, Constable(Dvr), Cook, Barber and Ct. MT Helper under Sports Quota against Civil Police, AAPBn & IRBN in Arunachal Pradesh Police. Total Vacancies are 98 and the last date to apply is 31-07-2018. Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification-

Sub-Inspector Graduation from a recognized University
Constable Matriculation or equivalent educational qualification from a recognized Board.
Constable(Driver/MT Helper/Cook/Barber) Class VIII passed.

Other Eligibility Criteria - 

a) Sportsmen who have represented a state or the country in the National or International level competition in any of the above games/sports.

b) Sportsmen who have represented their University in the inter-University tournaments conducted by inter Inter-University Sports Board in any of the above games/sports.

c) Sportsmen who have represented the state school team in the National sports/games for school conducted by the All India school games Federation in any of the above games/sports.

d) Sportsmen who have been awarded National awards in physical efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.

e) In addition to above, the following Trade Qualification is required against posts mentioned under table below:

Constable( Driver) Having valid driving license of LMV and having driving experience of LMV in at least 3 years.
Constable (MT Helper) ITI passed in the trade of electrician (Auto) from a recognized Institute /Board & having practical experience in the trade.

Physical standards - 

The candidates should be free from physical deformity/infirmity like squint eye, knock knee, bow leg, dismembered fingers and any other physical deformity/infirmity which is likely to cause impediment to the performance of active duty in police force. The candidates with such deformity/infirmity will be rejected during the Physical Standards Test (PST).

Selection Process

Selection will be done on the basis of Scrutiny of the documents, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET). Scrutiny of the documents, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) (qualifying in nature) shall be carried out at PTC Banderdewa, Arunachal Pradesh. The eligible candidates shall be issued call letters. The dates and time of reporting will be notified separately by the department.

SCRUTINY OF DOCUMENTS:- The shortlisted candidates whose application/documents are found in order in all respects and call letters issued shall have to produce original documents for verification & authentication on date & venue intimated in the admit card/call letter. 

PHYSICAL STANDARD TEST (PST):· (Not applicable for MTS) The candidates found qualified after scrutiny/authentication of documents will be put through Physical Standard Test (measurement of height & chest). 

PHYSICAL ENDURANCE/EFFICIENCY TEST:· (Not applicable for MTS) The shortlisted candidates whose application/documents are found in order in all respects and who are found fit in Physical Standard Test (PST) will be put through physical efficiency test in the following events.

MERIT LIST: - The final selection will be done as per priorities/preference in guidelines issued by GOI. The selected Candidates shall be appointed against the respective vacancies on the basis of Choice cum descending order of merit in Civil Police, AAPBn & IRBn respectively.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND CHARACTER & ANTECEDENT VERIFICATION: Appointment of provisionally selected candidates shall be subject to clearing a Medical Examination conducted by a Medical Board and satisfactory verification of Character & Antecedent.

2) Candidates need to send Duly filled up application forms signed by the applicant himself should be accompanied with following attested copies of certificates and documents to PHQ Itanagar. Documents to be accompanied -

(a) Educational qualification certificate,

(b) Age proof certificate (class-X pass certificate /Birth registration certificate),

(c) Tribe certificate,

(d) Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC),

(e) Trade Certificate,

(f) Medal achievement Certificates,

(g) 4 (four) recent passport size colour photographs with self-signature on the reverse (one affixed on the application form at space provided and 03 (three) nos. (Securely enclosed in an envelope),

(h) Self-addressed reply envelop affixed with postage stamp of Rs. 5/-,
