air_india_logoAIESL Recruitment 2019 or Air India Engineering Services Limited announced a notification for the posts of Executive, Jr. Executive at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum locations.  A total of 10 posts are declared by Air India. These posts are declared on a contract basis for a period of 5 years which may be extended for a further period of five years based on performance and requirement of AIESL. Details of the posts are given in Ref: AIESL/NR/HR/ 03 of 2018. The last date to apply for the posts is February 06, 2019.

AIESL भर्ती 2019 या एयर इंडिया इंजीनियरिंग सर्विसेज लिमिटेड ने दिल्ली, मुंबई, चेन्नई, हैदराबाद, त्रिवेंद्रम स्थानों पर कार्यकारी, जूनियर कार्यकारी के पदों के लिए एक अधिसूचना की घोषणा की। एयर इंडिया द्वारा कुल 10 पद घोषित किए गए हैं। इन पदों को 5 साल की अवधि के लिए अनुबंध के आधार पर घोषित किया जाता है जिसे AIESL के प्रदर्शन और आवश्यकता के आधार पर पांच साल की आगे की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया जा सकता है। पदों का विवरण Ref: AIESL / NR / HR / 03 2018 में दिया गया है। इन पदों के लिए आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 06 फरवरी, 2019 है।

AIESL Recruitment Contract Period Details -

Fixed term contract would be initially for a period of 5 (Five) years. Extendable for a further Period of 05 years at a time as per the requirements of the company and performance of the candidate.

Executive Finance (Sr. Level)

CA/ICWA/MBA from respective institute recognized by Govt. of India With Minimum 10 years post qualification of services experience in Finance in a reputed Company (i.e. Midsized company / PSU/ Govt. Undertaking)and having worked in Sr. Management/Executive Position in Finance for at least 02 years, preferably in Aviation Industry.

*Preference would be given to those candidates having the qualification of CA/ICWA

Executive HR (Sr. Level ) MBA or equivalent in HR from institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/Govt. of India with Minimum 10 years post qualification of Service experience in HR in a reputed Company (i.e. Midsized company / PSU/ Govt. Undertaking), and having worked in a Sr. Management/Executive Position in HR for at least 02 years, preferably in Aviation Industry.
Executive (Finance)

CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance from the respective institute recognized by Govt. of India with Minimum 05 years post qualification of Service experience in Finance in a reputed Company (i.e. Midsized company / PSU/ Govt. Undertaking), preferably in Aviation Industry.

*Preference would be given to those candidates having the qualification of CA/ICWA.

Executive (HR) MBA or equivalent in HR from the institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/Govt. of India with Minimum 05 years post qualification of Service experience in HR in a reputed Company (i.e. Midsized company / PSU/ Govt. Undertaking), preferably in Aviation Industry.
Executive (EFD) BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical / Aeronautical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Industrial Production from University / Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/Govt. of India with Minimum 05 years post qualification of Service experience in a reputed Company (i.e. Midsized company / PSU/ Govt. Undertaking), preferably in aviation industry
Jr. Executive (MMD) BE/MBA/PGDM or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/Govt. of India with Minimum 02 years post qualification of Service experience.
Or
GDMM or equivalent from university/institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/Govt. of India with Minimum 05 years post qualification of Service experience. The above experience should be in a reputed Company (i.e. Midsized company / PSU/ Govt. Selection Process

Group discussion followed by Interview and Pre-employment Medical Examination.

How to apply

Application Fee - Candidates need to pay Non-refundable Application & Processing fee of Rs 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) for OBC Candidates and Processing fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for SC, ST & Ex-Servicemen Candidates, by means of A/C Payee Demand Draft in favour of “Air India Engineering Services Limited” Payable at Delhi.

Interested Candidates are advised to attend the Walk-in-Interview on given dates along with the Application Form in the specified format, duly filled in Hindi or English Language. An application form is given with the notification of the posts.

A recent coloured passport size photograph of a full face (front view) should be pasted neatly in the space provided in the application form.

Candidates have to bring following documents on the day of Walk-In along with a set of Xerox copies for all the supporting documents -

1. All original qualification certificates as per eligibility criteria (Result must have been declared on or before date of eligibility.

2. All original experience certificates, if any.

3. Proof for Date of Birth
